I think I would still be sticking to NUS afterall. So much for squeezing my brain juices dry to ponder over this for the last year. Maybe its better off going to the university that feels more like home, where everyone else is in. SMU may have better prospects (not too sure about that), but the culture, backstabbing, politics and all, will definitely pull me down one day. I am quite sure of it. I really really hope this is the final decision that I make. ;( Afterall, I just need that fucking certificate.Anyway, I watched Sex and the City 2 at Cathay last night. It was a superrr hilarious movie about four bimbos and I actually found it great. I have quite a low sense of humour so the fact that I laughed like mad shows that the movie is really quite crazy. The entire cinema was roaring and cheering with laughter. Hmmm. I am more or less used to my work cycle now already. Time passes really fast this way, even though I dun have fixed weekends. But I still manage to meet up with friends on a weekly basis during my odd weekday offs, for dinner or movie or just to walk walk. They say that real friends will make it a point to come to you no matter what. And its true. ;) I still cannot decide whether this schedule is better than the normal monday to friday one, cause I cherish my weekends alot. But who cares, its just 8 (6) more months left. My driving is on hold for the moment. I wanna get my license before CNY next year, so I can go driving around the country. It makes going out after midnight so much more convenient. Cab fares are fricking expensive. Oh and I suddenly want to be in an orchestra again. It feels great to be playing with different people. My teacher asked me to join one by Lim Yau but I guess all would have to wait till December this year. I shall drag someone to join with me then. ;) Ok that's it for today. |
